  • Black Friday Deals: HTC Vive $200 Bonus, Games & Monitor Discount Galore

Black Friday has arrived! If you’re up in the middle of the night like we are, we’ve got some nice additional window shopping deals for you to peruse. The hot deal this Black Friday in our opinion is the HTC Vive VR system. While the $100 discount was to be expected today, Microsoft Store up the ante and decided to throw in a $100 gift code as an extra bonus. That makes it $200 discount in value and suddenly VR seems slightly more “affordable” (it’s not). Other goodies include PC game deals from GameStop, Best Buy, GMG, and much more. We’ll be adding to this post as we head through the day – note that things are pretty fluid so you’ll generally only see longer lasting deals here (e.g. we had a bunch of GPU deals earlier this morning but they’ve all since been sold out). If you spot anything worthwhile, leave it in the comment threads and we’ll add them accordingly so others can take advantage of the deals. Spot something expired? Let us know so we can kill the deal. Black Friday VR Deals HTC Vive VR System + $100 Gift Code — $699 (list $799) <- awesome Oculus …

  • Deals: Black Friday PC Game Sales, Plethora of Monitors and GPU Discounts.

Black Friday sale is kicking off at various retailers and we’re only on Tuesday… but that’s the name of the game these days. While traditional retailers are trying hard to buck the Thanksgiving opening trend, online retailers just start things up earlier and earlier. Yay? As of Tuesday, Green Man Gaming has kick started their PC Games Black Friday Sale – with some impressive prices on titles you’ve been eyeing. Our top pick includes Civilization VI for only $44. At other retailers, you can find goodies such as The Division at Amazon for only $10. GMG even tossed up a new coupon (rare these days) for the Black Friday week, giving you an extra 10% off. Not to be out done, Bundle Stars also has a kick ass deal on Baldur’s Gate Complete Saga and Batman: Arkham Knight Bundle at $14.41 and $14.99, respectively. They too have a Black Friday themed code, kicking 11% off almost everything site-wide. Scan the list below for some of the hot early Black Friday monitor and GPU deals, including a Samsung 27-inch FreeSync curved gaming monitor for only $219 at BuyDig, plus an excellent price on a Zotac GTX 1070 8GB for only $344.99. …

  • Titanfall 2 Price Drop Before Friday Launch & Halloween Sales

Titanfalls 2 $48.99, two massive PC gaming Halloween themed sales, and more this week in Deals. Will Titanfall 2 pull a Terminator 2 and better its original performance? Some early reviews indicate it’s not bad, but we won’t know for certain until Friday’s release. For those of us who are bargain hunters GMG is offering a price drop to $48.99 instantly. Just login or create an account to see the discount. The same PC gaming retailer is hosting a Halloween sale with over 300 titles discounted up to 90% off. There’s a good handful of titles hitting new lows with some notables being the Doom Season Pass for $21.57, The Evil Within$6.79, Mad Max $6.79, Dead Rising $14.57, and Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide. Also notable is the Fallout 4 Season Pass dropping to only $26.79, which is the first time it’s been under $30 since March of this year when Bethesda raised the list price from $29.99 to $49.99. Aformentioned titles listed in hot deals while a few other top picks are listed in the GMG Halloween sale section. There’s even more horror-themed titles on sale in GameStop’s Halloween Sale. • Battlefield 1 Last Chance Pre-order 20% off

Last chance to pre-order and pre-load Battlefield 1 before release at a discount, discounts on Infinite Warfare surface, and more this week in Deals. We’re hours away from the release of Battlefield 1 Standard Edition, and if you’re considering buying the game before pre-load (or even after pre-load) there’s a 20% off discount going on at GMG. The Origin key they send out via email arrives immediately after purchase so you can start downloading the 42GB required for the game (not a small file by any stretch). The same PC gaming retailer is offering a similar, albeit not quite as large, 15% discount on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and even its more expensive Legacy and Deluxe Editions. The first discount to date from an authorized retailer drops the Legacy Edition – the most in-demand edition because it comes with a copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered – from $79.99 to $67.99. Unlike Battlefield, the Infinite Warfare discount is only revealed after you add the game to cart where savings will show up automatically. TOP DEALS For Call of Duty Infinite Warfare and Civilization VI add to cart to see discount. Battlefield 1 Standard Edition (Origin) — $47.99 (list …

  • The 28″ 4K $310 Monitor and GTX 1070 for $357 in Weekend Deals

Hot offers on a 28-inch 4K Monitor, GTX 1070’s as cheap as $357, Battlefield 1 for only 45 and more hardware + PC Gaming in Weekend Deals. First up this weekend in Deals is a 28-inch Monoprice in-house brand 4K monitor at its lowest price ever. For only $309.99, this 60Hz unit going to be tough to beat by the competition. Tons of screen real estate, slim design, all the popular inputs. Historic low price by $20 for this model after coupon, but that coupon is only valid through Saturday, September 24 so you’ll have to move fairly quick on it before the price goes up. Another site selling cheap hardware with coupons this weekend is Jet.com. Recently acquired by Walmart, maybe they aren’t as concerned with profits? This weekend a few GeForce GTX 1070’s started dropping just below the $400 mark AND there’s a $30 off coupon code you can use to further reduce prices to new low levels. The Zotac Mini GTX 1070 is the cheapest they’re offering for only $356.96, but also notable is the Gigabyte 1070 for $366.74 after coupon. Since it’s rare to see a GTX 1070 drop under $400, these are pretty solid offers. …

  • Cheapest Fallout 4 + DLC in Weekend Deals

Fallout 4 is tying its all time low with a drop to $24 on PC at GMG this weekend, and even Fallout 4 DLC is on sale up to 50% off. The discounts are part of a this-weekend-only Fallout 4 sale. Unfortunately the latest DLC Nuka-world is not part of the sale, but DLC like Far Harbor is at its all-time low. If you’re okay steering away from a 4K gaming monitor, and find 1080p just fine, a widescreen 2550 x 1080 LG 29UC88 29-inch Ultrawide just dropped to $330 on BeachCamera’s eBay page. It’s a new low for the 2016 released monitor by $40 with free shipping in the continental US and sales tax charged only in NJ. This week BundleStars has been running a new Bundlefest sale, but probably saved their best bundle for the last day. Their new Nemesis bundle gets you 13 Steam games for $7.49, which would otherwise cost as much as $208 if you bought each separately at full price. Titles include Risen 3 – Titanlords, Insurgency, Toren, Contagion, and more. • Core i5-6600K hits all time low and Elder Scrolls Online Gold $20 off at Launch

The cheapest Core i5-6600K and i7-6700K pop up this week at Monoprice while The Elder Scrolls Online’s Gold Edition has a $20 off launch discount and more this weekend in Deals. If you’re on the hunt for a new CPU Monoprice is the retailer of choice, and oddly you need not check their own retail website. Prices are actually lower on their eBay page and feature drops on the Core i5-6600K to $209.99 and the i7-6700K to $299.99 – both at their historic lows. It’s particularly hot for the i5-6600K since the much weaker i5-6600 non-K sells for $519+ elsewhere online. If you’ve ever thought about jumping into The Elder Scrolls Online now is the cheapest time to ever do so and get all the content the game has to offer. Today Bethesda launched the TESO Gold Edition AND there’s even an impressive $20 discount if you know where to look. While Bethesda is pricing the Gold Edition (base game + 4 DLC expansions) at $59.99, GMG put the game on their site for $49.99 AND has a 20% discount to $39.99. The two price reductions essentially stack for a full $20 drop to $39.99. Quite impressive for its release …

  • Deals: Core i7-6700K hits $299 & a solid 32″ HP Omen 1440p monitor coupon

Three hundred bucks appears to be the limit to discounts on Core i7 processors. Today Monoprice [Update 9/1 – Monoprice killed their deal, but we found the same discount at one other retailer and replaced the link] is selling thepopular 6th gen Core i7-6700K for $299.99 on their eBay page matching its all time low. That beats out the next best price online by at least $40 and even is $38 cheaper than the best price for the 4th generation Core i7-4790K on Amazon. Looking at pricing data that goes back to 2014 it appears Amazon always charged at least $290 for the 4th gen i7-4790K, meaning discounts far below $299 might not happen for the i7-6700K. As long as we’re on the Core i7 topic, GMG is in some way partnered with Intel in a “Game with Intel® Core™ i7” sale with discounts up ot 79% off a handful of AAA PC games. The deals are actually pretty good with titles like Dragon’s Dogma, Shadow of MOrdor GOTY, and Rocket League near their all time lows. There’s even two titles making all new lows in the sale: Street Fighter V for $28.79 and Batman: Arkham Knight for $10.29. You’ll need …

  • HyperX 32GB RAM falls to $130 and a $260 AMD 390X in Deals

With basic laptops these days jumping from 4GB to 8GB does it make sense advanced gaming rigs should move from 16GB to 32GB? One thing for sure is that the move to 32GB RAM is getting cheaper. Today the authorized Kingston distributor Memosun started selling HyperX Fury 32GB for $129.99 on their eBay page. That beats out Amazon’s $153 price tag with an impressive 4.9/5 star customer reveiw rating for the same bundle. If you’ve been pricing out your upgrade or new build and can’t make the GTX 1070 or 1080 work, the AMD 390X is going much cheaper at NewEgg. Today after a coupon + rebate discount combo the XFX Radeon R9 390X 8GB GPU is down to $259.99. Historic low price point and impressive since many 390X cards still sell in the $400 range. On the PC gaming front there’s a good assortment of deals to pick through below. One that really stands out is a $0.20 Mystery Game at GMG. Just login or create an account here to see the price. While most titles are cheap Indie games, there are some AAA’s known to exist in the mystery box including Call of Duty: Black Ops. Other than …
