Ninite allows you to download a bunch of stuff all at once: ninite.com/
I use Firefox (got it on Ninite) then I use these add-ons for adblock and such:

Explorer patcher has been “blacklisted” by Microsoft because they just don’t want you using it. So, you need to disable windows defender until you get it installed. I’ll make a video about this soon:
